Busted a spring on our garage door today. Jesus was out within 90 minutes and did a throughly professional job in completing the repairs. Very honest - quoted a reasonable cost up front and no hidden costs on the back end. Entire job was completed in about 30 minutes. Very happy customer, highly recommend Door Works! (They did a similarly professional job when they installed a new garage door opener for us about a year and a half ago.)

My tension spring broke on my garage door Sunday. I called Door Works after receiving a recommendation from a neighbor and they picked up right away and were able to schedule me on Monday morning! Service tech arrived at 8:15 and assessed the situation and explained to me what I was dealing with and gave me options for the remedy. After choosing one, the work was completed in under an hour and the price was quite reasonable. The work and parts are both warrantied as well for a piece of mind. We had a spring bust in June and we had Mitch from Door Works come replace it. They were able to fit us in next day, Mitch made quick work of replacing the springs, and just in time for us to head out of town for vacation ensuring our possessions were safe in the garage. Then a month later our garage door jumped the track for some unknown reason and tangled one of the cables. I called back and they were able to fit me in that morning! And Mitch was able to fix it in under an hour. If you need any help with your garage door, these are the people to call!

Door Works just installed a new opener for us and we’re VERY pleased. A Chamberlain model #LED. I used the internet to check prices and checked O’Brien, Overhead Door and one other local vendor for estimates. Door Works was hundreds cheaper and on a better model! Have been using Door Works for years. My original door was failing for several reasons. Jesus had come and tuned up the door and helped it last for several years. He is always professional and always gave me good information. I had him replace that door with a great insulated door. (Best decision ever made.) He removed and replaced that door and gave me great information on what to expect to keep this door in great operating condition. Just great service!

Getting random house repairs like garage sensors repaired can be a frustrating process to find the right people. I was really pleased with Door Works because they came out the day I reached out and quickly got the job done. I thought the cost was reasonable for what was done and was happy to have a working door again. They also give the system an inspection to make sure everything was working right which is great when you buy a house and are not sure what maintenance was getting done.

Our spring broke last night and I called Door Works without giving it a second thought. We got the 10-12 time slot when I spoke with Sally. Jeff, the same gentleman who installed the opener for us arrived and replaced the single broken spring with two springs! Now if one breaks we will still have one left.
