Door Works has serviced our garage door for around fifteen years. The team is professional, personable, and timely. Most recently, we were trapped in our home due to a broken spring. Brett Wright showed up early on a rainy Monday morning to rescue us. This is the only company we will consider for garage door service in the future.

We are a repeat customer of Door Works! Repeated exceptional service, again!! Yesterday (on Sunday afternoon), we left a message to please contact us today (Monday) to coordinate a fix for our garage door, where the spring had broke. Yesterday (Sunday), very soon after we left the voicemail, we received a text that they would have a tech to us today (Monday AM) between 8 AM & 10 AM. Tech arrived this AM at 8:30 AM and it was fixed before 10 AM. WOW!!!

Had Door Works install two garage doors. They were priced competitively and very professional at each stage of the process, from the initial estimate right through the installation. They exhibited excellent communication and promptly arrived when they said they would. From estimate to completion took 4 days. Contacted Door Works because my garage door would not completely open or close. Lots of thefts in the area and I was wanting the repair to be done as soon as possible. We had new garage doors installed in 2013 by Door Works. Recently, the spring broke on one of the doors. We called, and they were able to come out the same day. The replacement was fast and easy. He cleaned the mechanical parts and finished quickly. Great experience.
